Did you see the photograph I posted yesterday?
I have loadshedding from 12H00-15H00 today. I might reapply thermal paste on my CPU and see whether it makes any diifference. [After cleaning off the old, off course.]
That's if I don't procrastinate.
May just be anxiety-hanging on to things to fret over when they don't merit so much concern on my part.

I made such amazing steaks for dinner last night.
Made a nice Dry rub and rubbed the steaks down and covered them completely just before 16:00
at about 18:30 I got the cast iron Super hot and then filled it with just enough oil. when the oil started smoking, i put the steaks on. 1 min per side did each side twice. cooked both steaks and let them rest in the oven that was at 70 for about 20 mins while I did the stir fry veg and got the cheese ready.
fetta and a mix of Mozzarella and cheddar on a baking sheet to make a cheese blanket for the steak.
took the steaks out of the Oven and set the Grill on. put the cheese under the Grill and sliced up 2 whole Avo.
then I stared assembly.

cheese Blanket over the Avo to cover the steak.
Made sure my plates were warm as well so nothing got too cold.
the steak was a PERFECT rare but cooked though.
when I put it in the Microwave in the office to heat it up it will go to medium rare

Yes, so far a good one. Not doing much.
Today's work meeting right off the bat, the sickening pretense from the project manager whom I shall henceforth refer to as Komiya was so irritating. But yeah such is life, he drank the entire bottle of company kool-aid and is the biggest suck-up known to man so he will definitely pretend that I didn't resign yesterday!
As for who Komiya is, its a character from Aggretsuko

What amazes me is that management never seems to notice these suckups for what they are, instead, they get promoted normally.
Yup, he keeps trying to get an increase/promotion but since the company is no longer South African, and its run by hard-nosed American corporates who only care for the bottom line, he sold his soul to Satan, literally!

Doctor’s orders, no more curved short big toe nails. They must grow longer and be cut straight. Or else risk another ingrown toe nail and the R1,500 to fix it.
