In wales and some parts of the uk, even North Yorkshire, we call those butties. Don’t ask me why bec I haven’t a clue.Awwww ..... that looks REALLY gooooood ........
I had a faux something similar from Wendys - the baconator.
Its shitty kaas, with bacon strips, a flat sausage thing and a fucked up egg, with ketchup.
Tastes alot better than it looks ......

it’s a popular takeaway meal - we serve them with sausage cut in halves, topped with any filling such as cheese, chips, cooked tomato, bacon and eggs. Most popular filling where I work - breakfast butties with sausage, egg and bacon.

Butternut Soup I made from scratch. I started off by cutting 2 butternuts in half, removing the seeds and adding a pinch of seasoning along with fresh rosemary from the garden, pop it in the oven letting them absorb all the flavours. After that I remove the rosemary. Skin the rest of the butternut and cut it up as small as I can. In a pot I finely chop a whole onion add 3 teaspoons of garlic paste or cloves if I have, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of cinnamon, 3 cubes of chicken stock dissolved into 250ml of water. Once the onions are glazed, I add the butternut then the water and let it cook for about 1 hour, checking continuously mixing from the bottom, I crush 2 jalepenos and toss it in with complete regret, lastly I add in 180g of salted butter, not margarine or fat spread and 150ml of cream. After its boiled down to a consistency of pulpy pumpkin I turn off the heat complete.
Final step.
If you don't have a blender it's okay you can use a mixer/ whisk but it won't be as smooth I found it perfectly fine as I prefer that texture.
