The best mushroom I have EVER tasted and I am not a mushroom fan. It tasted like meat to me. It's the Porcini mushroom and cost R399 per kg.Those are huge!!

I have a pasta making attachment for my KitchenAid mixer, but I tend to make tortolini or casunziei (half moon) because I don't have a ravioli mixer attachment, when I choose to make a stuffed pasta.
I should buy one. I mean, it is cheating, and somewhere, some Italian lady is shouting at me for using a mixer, but it is much easier.
