Malayalam and Maltese language. A story about a man and his struggles in life. Pretty boring. 6/10

This is more the plot end I have for a movie of a beekeeper that is in a love triangle, it needs to be a sordid drawn-out affair and then end kinds like Thelma and Louise but with a sting.
"Beekeeper is driving with his two ladies in a car that has a ski hatch to the boot, but unknown to anyone else he keeps lot of bees in the boot, it's his secret bee stash. Then one of the passengers is like "I need to get something from the boot, wait I'll just use this ski hatch..." and then the beekeeper shout "No!" but it's too late and the foolish passenger opens the ski hatch and unleashes an angry horde of bees into the cabin that stings everyone causing a massive accident that kills everyone."
