    Tippie Enslin’s oat and peanut butter crunchies

    • 4 Cups rolled oats
    • 1 Cup coconut flour
    • 1.5 Cup sugar
    • 1/2 Tsp salt
    • 1 Tbsp bicarbonate of soda
    • 1 Tsp cinnamon
    • 4 Tbsp golden syrup
    • 3/4 Peanut butter
    • 60g Butter
    • 1/4 Cup milk

    Method

    • Add oats, coconut flour, salt, sugar to a bowl
    • Mix bicarbonate of soda and milk – then add to mixture
    • Mix peanut butter, syrup and butter – microwave for 1 minute
    • Add to mixture
    • Add cinnamon
    • Mix
    • Press mixture into a baking pan – lined with baking paper
    • Bake for 25 min 180C
