I accidentally got the wrong coffee pods for my machine. Didn't realise there is a Nespresso Dolche Gusto. The rest of my order is fine expect the one box. So I logged a return. Guess what, they don't want it back, will credit me anyway. Similar to Amazon, not worth collecting.

I can't wait for Amazon to enter the SA market. Takealot will be toast.

I still do use them and don't have massive complaints, their returns policy is actually good. It's just annoying when they take more than a week to get your delivery to you.
