For re-watch value, I go back to Brick (2005) a few times a year. I guess that makes it my favourite but it's a tough one.

Warning to those that haven't watched this movie:
If you love animals, don't watch Apocalypse Now. That one scene scarred me for life, as it is REAL. It's a great movie, but that scene ruined it for me.
That scene was pretty brutal, but an integral part of the film.
