I first played around with older versions of HTML [not including CSS, JavaScript, etc.] at least a decade ago, and come back to it now and ago for no good reason [It isn't something I need to use - like the times I have messed around with Linux, it was something different to do.]
I can remember [with apologies to website developers]

but have trouble remembering most of the tags and their attributes. It is the same as when I dabbled in Python: I can get as far as outputting strings to the screen, asking for input, and even an IF-THEN statement, but then I run into trouble with the vocabulary and grammar of the language.

I find graphics software SO much easier to remember how to use. I have an easier time coming up with a reason to familiarise myself with it and try new graphics software, too.
