We have a hospital plan but we haven't used it that often - so going to look for a cheaper option. It is my life insurance and retirement annuities. Those I would not do without. Access to the internet is another.

Electricity, water, internet, heating in winter.

In terms of regular payment stuff I would give up:
- spotify (R100)
- netflix (R169)
- amazon prime (8 EUR)

That about covers all my regular payments, probably giving up prime at the end of the month, used it as was shipping a lot with new apartment and lockdown.

How regular is that though? Thought we are talking about monthly stuff, a larger bag of toilet paper will last quite a bit of time for a smaller household.
