Best shoes ever. Just a wee bit cold in the winter, would need to try the furrier range.

Awesome stuff.

Best part is you can just throw them in the washing machine.

Oh really? I'm wearing socks due to having sweaty feet and didn't want to spoil it. Will try without.

Yeah you’ll have to see what works for you. I sometimes wear thick secret socks and other times nothing at all.

When I got without socks though they usually go in the wash straight after.

I like shoes so I have around 30 pairs usually. A couple very pricey hand made pairs, but mostly sneakers though. Not going to list off 30 pairs of shoes so my go to's will have to do:

I think you should, I am down to 15 after I purged some older ones.

But I have no extra space so I am capped at that number currently.

I have grey version of the Dragons

Bought one of these off Takealot a year ago. Still going strong and very comfortable as well. I use it as my main pair.

I just got one of these. It's by far the most expensive shoe I've ever got. Generally, I only got formal shoes which R500 or less but they lasted a year or two, sometimes less.

I figured I may as well try it once in life.

I have 4 pairs* . I normally walk barefoot, but certain areas require specific shoes

* formal black shoes for my suits
* Saloman trail shoes for light hiking
* Heavy hiking boots for real hiking
* Ex-German army aviation silver firefighters boots for Afrika Burn

* a very uncomfortable pair of 6 inch stilleto sandals left over from a trip to The Rocky Horror Show. As much as I love to see a woman in heels, I would not recommend that for anyone.

My brother took me shoe shopping on Sunday to replace the by now battered shoes I wear when I am not at work. He offered to buy me a pair to the value of up to R1500. It didn't take long for us to find a suitable pair of size 8 Nike shoes. I feel spoiled: these are more comfortable than what I had.

 Need to check out the boots.

Yeah also keen.

Just be careful of the supposed local shop now, it’s a complete scam site.

Bought some Kaalfoot’s for the Christmas box, will report back.

Firefox/Google warned me when I searched and that site came up.

Cool stuff on Amazon.co.uk but not all sizes:

Been very happy with them for the money paid.

The Furoshikis are better a wider sole area due to the wrap around (like if you go climbing rock pools etc) and a tighter fit when you want it.

At the same time the dual layers of their overlap makes the Furoshikis much hotter and therefore less comfortable in summer.

I find the Kaalfoots I happily wear without socks and forget about them pretty quickly.

For the money even if you used it only as a slipper it’s a great deal.

Bought the whole family a pair each for Christmas and outside of my daughter needing to wear schools shoes everyone has pretty much worn these throughout.

Will definitely be buying more.
