Nah man, the quiche is pretty big but I took the crust off and it's mostly veggies inside. I'd agree largish portions of beetroot and tomatoes, but that's cool obviously. Otherwise medium portion cabbage, small portions of potato salad (the bad one) and same with the chickpea salad.
Mind I don't eat breakfast so lunchtime is the one where I try to eat a decent amount and I have a smaller dinner. I'll drop the weekend bloat and lose a kg overnight I reckon, the plan now is to keep to it and have a quiet weekend
