Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has gazetted the new administrative adjudication of road traffic offences (AARTO) regulations which include a new points-based demerit system.

O, shucks, oom Fikile is looking for new money, neh? (Bribes incoming BIG time)
The taxis is the problem on the road, not the people who pay the fees, aka the humble taxpayer.
I vote no, because I do not believe this is going to work for South Africans (We have bigger problems than this)
