Ah I have Cilift. Wonder when I am allowed to take it again. Those things are a no no for covid
Are you on blood thinners?

You and kids should be on thinners for months after recovering.

In hospital they inject me with blood thinners that burn like someone put acid into your tummy fat.
Have been told will be sent home with thinners, but regular asprin intake, gives me nose bleeds.
So they already said heart disprin not an option for me,

They are the drs, they must decide... Which meds to send me home with

Yes been on Warfarin since day 1. They picked up the clots when they tried to get blood gasses. Then realised my whole system was going to be a problem getting blood. They eventually got a drip in my foot, which lasted 3 days then nearly killed me. So they removed it. Only now can they get blood without pricking in in my wrists, hands, feet, legs etc

Aren't you the one with the recent heart op?
Here's the thing.
I have no intention of depriving myself of the things I enjoy for the sake of a couple more years.

I have no wife, I have no kids - nobody relies on my continual survival

Having said that.
Cut down on the smoking from a packet per day to a packet for 3 days.
Virtually no salt.
Ice cream (there were usually 2 or 3 tubs in the freezer) - down to zero, although I do intend buying an ice cream maker to make my own sorbet.
Cream is a distant memory.
Going to start swimming in summer - proper swimming, laps in a proper pool.
Coffee - 1 spoon sugar instead of 2

Shwarma. Jesus they were good. Used to go there when they were still in the middle of Sea Point.

I still feel unsatisfied. Gotta get a shwarma later.
They are still in the same place opposite spar.

No, Bio is correct.
They were originally in the middle of sea point, exactly where Jerry's were
