94.2 this morning. Seemingly going the wrong way and although I’m up since last week, I’m down since Sunday.

Not weighing today. Kak weekend food wise, though it was awesome. Went to Wagamamas, haven't had that in 20 years. Katsu chicken curry, mmmmmm. Also, pie.

Giving up weekdays drinking again this week (will have to be a permanent thing going forward due to health), and eating as I have been most of the year (quite used to it now)...

92.4 this morning. Will crack 90 soonish. Then onwards to 85 which is normal per the BMI. I'm hoping my high blood pressure will come down enough at a normal weight that I can go off the high blood pressure medication. Will see but hoping.

Well done, have you tried and high protein low carb diet b4? Do you do cardio or weight training?

No, I'm not into the banting diet. Prefer low kJ. Not into gym training either, been inactive this year, just started treadmilling again yesterday. Will upgrade to hiking in the mountain once I'm fitter.

Well don't mean full banting diet, just make protein and vegies the bulk of your intake and cut down on breads, pasta. Protein takes a lot of energy to metabolize and will defs help with weight loss. But what ever works for you keep going!

I've remained around the 93-95 range. But funnily enough my size 36 pants are now starting to fall off my hips even with my belt on the 4th notch. I can fit in the 5th notch but decided to get a leather punch and make it a 4½ notch. So though not actually losing weight anymore it seems things are moving around...

Lucky you. You don't need to buy an entire new wardrobe as yet.
Had to buy new pants and shirts, and now those are also too big.

Some size 36 pants are loose and some are fine. But a belt does the trick. I'm not going to start buying smaller just yet.
Wait till you can fit 2 more legs down your pants?
Waited some time before going out to get new stuff that fits correctly. Think my current weight is pretty much as low as I can healthily get it.

Unless I put an effort in I'm not going down further. I would like to get to 90 and then 85, but haven't got the drive I had earlier this year. Will keep trying in a casual way and maybe get the courage in January again. I just need a solid two months I'd say (i.e. taking it easy weekends with the booze and food).
