I saw people in the till queue of PnP liquor with a trolley from checkers. I walked in with the Woolworths trolley and the security guy blocked me from entering. I shop there on a weekly basis (with a trolley).
I returned 5min later (waiting for the SO - not to complain) and noticed the lady that serves me 80% of the time. I explained the story to her and she was shocked. She asked me to wait as she was calling the store supervisor. Meanwhile, the guard had come over and asked what the problem was. I explained that I was reporting him to the supervisor. Guess what. He denied that it had ever happened.

The supervisor came over and apologised a few times.

Why do I feel crap?
Don't. He was dishonest when questioned about it. He should have stood his ground - regardless if it was wrong or not. If he truly believed he was doing the right thing - he should have stuck by it. But it seems he discriminated and was embarrassed at being caught out.
