How out of touch am I when me sister [in England] knew about this before me. I was surprised that the BBC would report on news from some backwater at the far end of Africa.

Probably are those Lithium 16450 (?) batteries in which case I should be able to replace them. If they are soldered on then I'll have to consider if it's worth replacing the batteries or the whole unit.

We enjoy watching "Kom Ons Braai" on KykNet. It is guaranteed a laugh each episode because some people are so dumb.
It is also amazing how many people will refer to margarine as butter. It blows my mind how some people have never eaten or HEARD of some vegetables...a common one is asparagus.

I have known about "beeshaas" since school days, but there are people on this show that don't know that it is fillet (beef). Some people even think it is rabbit.
