Alonso going to AM is basically confirming Piastry is joining Alpine. he is a Renault contracted Driver and Otmar Safnau has confirmed he will have a seat for 2023 jsut not where...

that just leaves:
one seat at Alfa Romeo, will most likey be Zhou he is doing well.
one seat at Alpha Tauri, will most likely stay Tsunoda he is not doing too bad the car is.
the two Williams seats, that might become Piastry + Albon as well.

but who knows, we might get De Vries or the Hulk back.

According to the tweet by F1official on twitter that showed the teams and who was signed Mic is signed for next year.
I forgot Kevin Magnison. he is not signed. I am hoping he stays with Haas.
imagine if they get the car to perform at the standard of the engine in it and outperform Ferrari because they can do race strategy.
Also side note this weekend disproves anyone who has ever said someone only wins because they were in the fastest car.

you need to be in the fastest car, with a good team strategy and still a good driver to win consistently.

wow I thought it was Shumi signed and kmag in danger
but we can be sure its Piastri,Shumi, Zhou and Tsunoda.
I am not a betting man but chances are those 4 are safe in their seats.

Albon is less safe though. but Latifi is out. even after he had the fastest time in FP3 this weekend...

wow the Alpine/Piastry drama was hilarious.

Apparently the contract Piastry had with Alpine expired at the end of July.

Alpine announced Piastry as the Driver last night.

and then Piastry came out and said basically "um no"

Rumours are that he has signed wiht Mclaren to replace Riccardo.
but I dont think that is the case.

now we wait to see what is going on for real.
my personal opinion is they made the annoucement without having him sign anything. could be an automated tweet that was never disabled?
I am leaning more towards social media manager mistake than anything else
