Let's do this

I'll start with a nice, gluten free mini quiche just for you

PS this screenshot is from my IG catering page, you can all go give it a follow and spread the word
PPS I'm not going to be giving out any of my secret recipes

1 cup cream
3 eggs
Salt and pepper

Beat together

Grated cheddar cheese

Spray a muffin tin

Place about 2 tblsps cheese in the tin, to cover the bottom

Place filling on top
Filling ideas:
Fried mushrooms
Caramelized onions
Caramelized onion and brie
Spinach and feta
Roast veg
Etc etc

Pour in cream and egg mix until about two thirds

Bake at 180 for 30 minutes

I often double and treble the batch and keep them in the fridge for the kids to snack on

OMG what brave pups we have. The dough recipe says that as the dough is too sticky, I must not use flour but smash it down on an unfloured surface. It is freezing cold and the dogs are in the kitchen with me. I start smashing the dough. Both of them freak out and run to daddy for protection 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

Not really a recipe but it turned out very delicious

i made this last night, i have another prepped for tonight on the braai but im gonna go open it up and add grated cheddar as well inside to give it a melted cheese texture in the end as the cream cheese spread isnt gooey in the end.

Sweet Palermo sweet pepper which I opened up and stuffed with garlic, onion and as much jalapeño and chili cream cheese as I could
Then wrapped in a packet of bacon
Once halfway cooked I will then add Jimmys Sauce to end off the cooking

Last minute supper made from scratch

gluten-free fusilli screws pasta
Nitrate free bacon
A dash of double cream and milk
Pepper
Fresh oreganum and parsley chopped
3 garlic cloves minced

Wonderfully fragrant and delicious
