Consider a new X1 Extreme is more than R60k and this is R18k. And I’m coming from a 3rd gen i7 so a 10th gen i7 is huge upgrade for me.it sounds like you have done a lot more research then.
nice to get the better keyboard but loosing out on more power efficient newer CPU is a strange trade off. the jump from 11th gen Intel to 12 or 13th is so big. and that really comes into play in laptops because the lower power draw and higher performance means better cooling and longer battery life.
