It is not only substances we can become addicted to. We can become addicted to people.

Mine was, the "edge" servers are set to use the soon-to-be removed internal "public" url, and the "regional" servers are not. Perhaps I should do something about this.

If you send an email to yourself, could it end up in the spam folder...?

How do people who live in flats dry their laundry?
We used to hang it in the bathroom when we lived in a bachelor flat (1 room). We didn't even own a fridge - so definitely no washing machine or dryer. We would use the laundromat too - if we had money.

When we moved to one with a balcony - we used to put it on a clothes horse there. All washing was done by hand.

It sounds as though you are no stranger to living under difficult conditions. What did you do for food, seeing as you didn't have a fridge?

We bought daily. We would buy 500ml milk and 500g butter, put water in the sink and stand it in that. That kept it fresh longer. We weren't earning much and ate simply. Mainly fresh veggies.

Yikes!
Tomatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, peppers, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, then? [Yes, I know that some of these are fruit.] Any fruit?
