I want the Ingenuity drone to be launched soon, but even NASA doesn't know the exact flight date. It's necessary to fix certain mistakes and update software to ensure the first flight will be successful. I am just as excited about the flight even though NASA is just wanting to use it mainly as a proof of concept. Here is an interesting update I read a few days ago.

5th flight of Ingenuity started a new mission of this drone. The path was the same as during the 4th flight, but the drone landed in a new location. Now it will map terrain, explore the locations rover can't reach, take photos, etc.
