The video is Part 1 and Part 2, the mines piece is bad, but the PE part is just crazy that they didn't act immediately.
Over 1k trucks pass by on the road a day, completely destroying it.
Over 5x the allowed dust limit in non-residential, without taking into account that there's Manganese in it.
They're not allowed to store it there.
