I'm typically a skeptic in the sense that I'd accept something with evidence and IMO Kinesiology is definitely "pre-evidence" or a least pre-the-kind-of-evidence-I-would accept. Currently there is as much scientific support for this as what there is for Chiropractic IMO but I am always happy to learn more.

One of my former bosses wore a copper bracelet. I asked him what it was for, but was not satisfied by his answer, suspecting pseudoscience.

My grandmother used to wear one. Apparently helped with joints.
