Link in OP has been fixed, but it only works when set to USD, doesn't work when set to ZAR.

Though I would think that ZA residents should be able to do a manual ZAR transfer using the email address.

The new link in the OP is working for me. But you can just log in to Paypal and send to admin@thegrotto.co.za. The advantage of the link is you don't need to have a Paypal account.

Actually received $70.51 total.

I've asked the admin at carbonite what donation addon they use as it shows a campaign total, end date, progress bars etc. Will see if they reply. But better feedback is required.
