A few mods/apps/tweaks I use:
A-font for custom fonts
Animplus to speed up the plethora of aggravating animations baked into iOS
AutoFaceUnlock device unlocks as soon as face is detected, no need to swipe
Cercube for Youtube - add free Youtube, also option to download
ColorMeNotifs to jazz up and add some colour to the incoming notifications
Cylinder Reborn to jazz up the animations
DeleteCut Shift Hold +Del to delete backward word (or a number of alternatives IE delete all, delete backward line)
DLEasy to download clips in 3rd party apps (twitter, fb etc)
DownloadBar - shows a progress bar for downloading apps
Filza File Manager - access to root directory
Folded to jazz up folders, how they look, how they behave
iCleaner - ccleaner for iOS
Kodi - Media player/manager
PowerModule control center add on where one can has multiple options IE respring, Safemode, Reboot, Power down, Lockscreen, UICache
Shuffle organizes settings where items are organized into 3 neat categories Tweaks, Apps, System Apps - categories can be amended/edited
ShyLabels icon labels appear for a preset period of time before disappearing, neatens up the homescreen
SizeFinder - show app size instead of delete button
Snowboard themeing engine
Springtomize 5 - swiss army knife of customizations and tweaking
Tap Tap Lock - double tap the lock screen to lock
Whoops - can be preset to delay sending an imessage giving the sender a window to cancel sending the message.
