Dutch/German/English language. This movie is categorised as a thriller, but I wouldn't place it there. It covers comedy, drama and sci-fi. 7/10
The Northman (2022)
A number of stars (Alexander Skarsgård, Nicole Kidman, Ethan Hawke, Anya Taylor-Joy & Willem Dafoe) in the cast couldn't get this well-made but nonsensical movie a better score from me. The SO enjoyed it more. The belt loops on a pair of pants of a Viking were a bit of an oversight. 6/10

Some Like It Rare (aka Barbaque) (2021)
French language. A comedy horror about a butcher couple. Very funny. 6.5/10
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)
Either I am totally over Marvel movies or they have run out of decent stories. Boring and predictable. 5/10
The Black Phone (2021)
Although categorised as a horror, I would rather describe it as a mystery thriller. A good story and none of the children were irritating. 7/10
Cosmic Dawn (2022)
A very disjointed story about alien abduction and a linked cult. I researched the song Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft by Klaatu and that gave a lot of pause for thought. 5/10

Funnier than I expected and not quite as predictable as I thought it would be. Antonio Flores reminds me of Al Debbo. 6/10
Good Luck to You, Leo Grande (2022)
This movie is shockingly good. Emma Thompson was very brave doing full frontal nudity, especially with a well-built actor in the same scenes. 8/10

Norwegian language. A creepy story about children that reveal their strange powers. Disturbing. 7/10

Wow, I felt like I returned to grade 7 movies. All show no substance. 6/10

Monty Python Live (Mostly) (2014)
If you enjoy Monty Python, you will enjoy this. if not, I don't think this will change your view. It's good to see the old folk on stage, but it is a bit lacking. 6/10
