Dodgy neighbours.....

I have had some dodgy neighbours move in across the road from me

• Parties going on till 4am on weekends, week nights
• People coming and going all hours of the day and night
• Cars coming in and leaving and coming back 15min / 20min later
• So many random people in the house Im not actually sure who lives there

The neighbours next door complained to the owner of the house and received some threats like “you dont know who we are” etc...

Was thinking of looking up their vehicle reg details and doing some research on them, anyone able to help via DM?

Happy to have a phone call if you want to validate me as a person and validate my intentions.

Cops actually arrived over the weekend at 2am with a huge party going on. With lockdown regulations and no socialising I was surprised nothing much really happened.

Yeah, I know as part of the CPF I was able to get mates in SAPS to find info on the quiet.

Unfortunately, not doing that anymore.
Hope you come right.

Also, if you do call SAPS, always ask for an IR number for future reference.

If the landlord fails to address this; you may want obtain legal advice on whether landlords in SA can be legally liable for tenant nuisance -- they are in the UK as example.

Our old neighbours were a nightmare and luckily moved away, but my wife went apeshit so much one night the guy send her an SMS next day saying they were taking out a court order to keep her away from them
