same. my phone broke. Was not a couple of hours. I had a post somewhere where I mentioned Luno emailed me with an excuse of high email volumes. Gave me a few working days to resolve... plus all the security rules they enforced with selfie holding ID and handwritten dated note etc.

In fairness as much as that selfie story annoys me it’s an incredibly solid security strategy.

You’ll regret that not being in place if some skelm managed to steal your account.
