It will get a thorough cleanup & fixup before we move in but then we’ll renovate while we live there. It can take years, don’t really care.

Many houses in this area are like this. Boxes with no garden and often no parking. But hey at that price near the CBD, not bad.
Why do you think I’m leaving the city again. It’s simply too expensive. And I earn pretty well.
