Absa Rewards

I've been playing around with the rewards estimator and it seems you need to sell your soul to Absa to get to a higher tier and earn back enough to make this worth it.

Anyone use it on Tier 2 or 3 and actually get anything back, even to cover the monthly fee?

I'm with FNB and ABSA and I looked at ABSA Rewards a few years ago and it was underwhelming and they wanted to charge an annual fee. So I didn't bother. Happy with FNB eBucks.
