Still a bit cool in the mornings on the east Rand but warming up nicely during the day. Feels a bit wintery though. Spring feeling not there yet here.

What I find that helps for me is I make an effort to be out and about every single weekend.
Works so well and I highly recommend it

Aww you're so sweet with the advice. That would explain why you're so happy.
It's the OH on the medication. We do go out every weekend since vaccination. Hopefully one day soon he'll feel better again and manage without the pills. But for now he needs them.
