Made some ravioli
Do you make it yourself?

I have a pasta making attachment for my KitchenAid mixer, but I tend to make tortolini or casunziei (half moon) because I don't have a ravioli mixer attachment, when I choose to make a stuffed pasta.

I should buy one. I mean, it is cheating, and somewhere, some Italian lady is shouting at me for using a mixer, but it is much easier.

Yup make it myself, also with the Kitchenaid attachment to roll it out.

Previously made the ravioli itself by hand but this time I bought this...

And it just makes life so much easier.

Those ravioli stuffing tools for the Kitchenaid are universally regarded as quite kak otherwise I would have had one.

Bought the Marcato on special but would happily pay full price.

As someone who regards cooking as a science Italians and their cooking with feeling can get stuffed. I can do it entirely by hand and it's good to learn that skill first, but no need to suffer for it when there are tools for the job.
