About to start this process, any tips for new comers and beginners?

Skip breakfast, eat twice a day at midday and 6pm. It might take a few days to get used to not having brekkie, but it does get normal and much easier. If you struggle fist couple of days, have a bit of fruit to get you through.

Also try not to eat between meals.

Didn't diet last week. Too many unsettling things happening, breaks my resolve. So not even checking in. I am up though.

This weekend was a disaster drink wise. Food was pretty much okay though so hopefully I’m down for tomorrow weigh in.

Yes, I moved weigh ins to a Tuesday :p

I got down to sub 92 last week but the disaster zone most people call a weekend saw me put it back on again. Half a kg up at 93. Could be worse. But I dropped the vegan thing on Sunday after 3 weeks so the amount of cheese eaten since then probably accounts for most of this :p

Up 0.2 last week to 93.2. Wholly unsurprising given the weekend I had but it was a good weekend so I’ll take that.

Apart from Sunday though. Real rowdy people at the table beside us in the restaurant, @biometrics :p

Although the fish n chips was good.

Mind you, yesterday’s hangover cure fish n chips was better.

Some regression during the last couple of months :(

Fish is a vegetable, so there at least, you are okay.
