I've been eating and drinking non stop during and since my vacation, but today the reset happens. I am going to have a good week and not weigh myself at all until next Monday when I'll resume with the check ins.

I started 21 Dec 2020 and did 22 weeks and went from 112.2 to 93.4. Then a took a week break, then another and then another and eventually I took two months off. Been drinking way too much but it reduces my appetite so I haven't been eating much.

Started again yesterday from 94.0. Target is 85.0. 9 to go to normal weight based on the BMI.

Let's do this!

You're beating me. I started today at 94.9 :p

Edit: Started weighing today that is, but been a good boy since Sunday. Probs dropped best part of a kg since then but only weighed this morning.

Yeah, I failed from Thursday onwards. Only down 0.2 to 94.7 but I'll smash it this week :p

Food does not really appeal to me any more. Eat because we have to, sometimes more than happy with a slice of toast for the day.
Just watch your overall health.

From many people I have heard that your mood improves if you put a bit of thought and effort into your meals. My mom operates that way or she would have walked into the ocean by now. You are important - and what you eat helps your body. So add a few little things you really enjoy eating.

I lost my appetite during covid. I eat - but because I know I need to. Only recently started enjoying it - and strange but it was fruit that did it. So now I try and get fruit daily - just not too much 😂

Meh, too much booze and snacking this week, weight is going up. Short weeks are always a fuck up, if I don't start my routine on a Monday then I fail.

Didn't really diet last week.

94.7 so up 1.3 :(

That was me a couple of weeks ago. I went on a eat and drink everything binge for about 10 days. It kicked me back to reality though and now I'm actually enjoying this vegan malarkey. Day 9 :p
