Probably die, I'm in the middle of a major city that's pretty densely populated, otherwise if can would head to my grandfather's place, open fields and cows there, so food would be fine for a season or two.

Beatty House's electricity supply has been erratic for years, but outages have become more frequent in the past few months, so we are having an electrician come in to rewire Beatty House tomorrow. The House Mother that he will be here "all day", during which time the power will be turned off. We also have load shedding from 12H00-15H00.
Even though this will impede gets in the way of working tomorrow, I am relieved that this is finally happening. I was resigned to a longer wait, because that has been the norm since I moved in in 1997.
