The roast was store bought but our Spar makes a damn good one.. The wind is howling outside so I'm inside watching Youtube..
i haven't slept in over 24 hour so I'll be in bed by 9...

Funny you should mention that. I'm off to the dentist this morning. I'm about a 3 as a result. Probably be 5 if I wasn't.
