When I had a month's subscription to ShowMax at the beginning of the year, I found their horror movie selection lacking when compared to what is available on Netflix.

I don't know what is currently available.

The problem with Netflix for me is that everything is the same Netflix formula, so everything seems the same. There have been some gems like that chess series though.

Oh and I can't stand horror movies.

@satanboy: My PS4 is connected to a 32 inch Samsung Series 3 HD-ready LCD TV. I could watch Netflix on that, but most of the time, I use my PC.

HD-ready is 720p anyway. So you won't get the benefit of 1080p.

Netflix is R99/month if you watch in SD. R159 for HD.

Stuff it. Ordered some things and the box arrived today. When I got it home and opened it I see that there’s a missing item. I hope they’re not going to get funny with me.

The invoice said that to make a claim you had to open the package in front of the delivery guy. But when I phoned today they apologised and shipped the missing item. So I don’t have to go all Karen and bug the manager, which is good news.
